CLEARANCE- I hate throwing away scraps and figured someone out there can use a little bit of some of the things I go through here.  This listing is for the top of the more skirts cut up for other costume pieces.  I will provide the dimensions and a picture of the different pieces so you can choose from the drop down.  These pieces will change often because I use them sometimes and ...well, because they are cheaper than buying a whole skirt!  There is only one of each size available.
